The Jaguars waived Pena during Sunday's cut-down day. The wide receiver cleared waivers but did enough during training camp to receive an invite back to the team's practice squad. The undrafted free agent out of Penn State caught 10 of his 14 targets for 149 yards and a touchdown over three preseason games.
