The move is an expected one, given that Ford suffered a season-ending triceps injury during the Rams' 18-16 loss to the Cardinals on Sunday. The veteran defensive tackle will shift his focus toward rehab and being fully healthy for the 2027 season, which is the final year of his three-year, $27.6 million contract with the Rams.
