The Bengals waived Bullock during Sunday's cut-down day. The undrafted free agent out of South Alabama cleared waivers and promptly rejoined the team that took a shot on him. Bullock will need to compete with Kendall Milton throughout the season to be the primary practice squad running back in case the 53-man roster needs a reserve due to injury.
