The Bengals cut Williams from the active roster Tuesday after he played just nine special-teams snaps in the Week 3 loss to the Steelers, where he muffed a crucial punt in the fourth quarter. The wide receiver has returned to the team on the practice squad and will likely be elevated for Sunday's game against the Jaguars due to injuries to Andrei Iosivas (thumb) and Colbie Young (knee).
