Per the report, the Titans cited an undisclosed "incident" that occurred Thursday at the team's facility in their decision to cut Elliott. The defensive tackle, who was ruled out for this past Sunday's win over the Colts for personal reasons, recorded 11 tackles in five games for Tennessee prior to Tuesday's transaction. He was in the first season of a two-year, $8 million deal, which he signed back in March.
