It's a tough blow for Blount, who injured his neck in Week 1 of last season and ended the year on IR. According to Howard Balzer of USA Today, Blount recently reinjured his neck during training camp, prompting this placement on injured reserve. He'll need to sit out the entire 2026 campaign unless he reaches an injury settlement with Arizona at some point.
