Moreno-Cooper was elevated to provide additional depth at receiver as Barion Brown (hamstring) was inactive for Sunday's game against the Raiders. Moreno-Cooper ended up playing exclusively on special teams and returned one kickoff for 22 yards. The 25-year-old could be elevated again for the Week 4 matchup versus the Falcons if Brown remains sidelined.
