The 2025 sixth-round pick will join his third different organization of 2026. After the Saints waived him in early September on an injury settlement, Neal caught on with Minnesota as a member of its practice squad before being released a week later. Neal will look to impress with Washington's practice squad, but a promotion to the 53-man roster isn't likely to be imminent while all of Jacory Croskey-Merritt, Rachaad White and Austin Ekeler are healthy.
